If you call by phone, please leave a message and we will call you back within 1 hour during office hours or within 24 hours should your call be outside Mon-Fri 9am-5pm time frame. If you contact us via our support ticket system, you should expect a reply again within 1 hour during office hours or within 24 hours if ticket was raised outside the Mon-Fri 9am-5pm time frame.
If you wish to make a complaint, please call or use the support ticket option as mentioned in the previous paragraph and we will do everything we can to address the problem with in the same time frames stated above. If you feel dissatified with our attempt to resolve your complaint then we will assist with no malice in any way we can should you wish to find alternative service providers.
