The office will be closed for the season holiday from 1pm Wednesday Dec 23rd and re-open Monday 11th Jan 2021.
We will of course be monitoring voice and E mail for emergencies.

We have become aware of a cabling fault that is now affecting service for some users. To fix means service will be switched off while the exact position of the fault is located and repaired. We have decided that it will be done while the network is quieter and during a period that will cause less impact to service levels Our apologies if you are being affected with the short outages but will have it fixed as soon as possible

We have identified a bad cable which is causing the network to be intermittent. We will replace as soon as we can
Update: 10:55 - Cable replaced. Will continue to monitor the network

We have suffered a couple of outages this morning with upstream. We are trying to get to the bottom of the problem but it appears to be out of our control.

We are in the process of moving some services. (email telephone web etc). There may be occasional very brief outages while this happens. Our apologies in advance should this effect you. This is part of an upgrade roll out to increase service capacity.
